We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that bespoke orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Cecilie Bahnsen packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of arrival.
